GlobalTalk was founded by Stuart Mellings in Melbourne in 1995 to service the growing demand for leading edge telecommunications solutions. Today we have established an enviable reputation for providing end-to-end solutions and support for our clients.

Having multiple products such as Samsung, Avaya and Cisco, we can recommend the most appropriate system based on your needs. We undertake a thorough requirement analysis to determine which system best suits your business and then install it and train staff. You can maximise productivity and save on costs.

Customer support

Qualified and professional product technicians work on your system. A Help Desk is provided to look after all of your requests/problems and we can perform most tasks for you remotely.

Account management

An experienced account Manager is appointed for each of our clients as a point of contact and to ensure you are kept up-to-date with any new developments. They are also responsible for managing any projects (e.g. relocations) that are telecommunications related.
