    Help Desk

    We provide your business with a Technical Help Desk for all requests for work, advice or problem resolution. The Help Desk will be online to your office for remote changes, to support your Avaya IP Office, Cisco UC or Samsung OfficeServ phone system.

    We retain a back up of your phone system's programming, so in the event of a disaster we can have your business continuity protected. We offer onsite support as well. Technical experts come to your business to add new phones, applications or features - we're at your service.

    To assist with your installation and ongoing business, we provide each customer with an Account Manager, who will act as your point of contact for all major requests and update you with new telecommunication developments.

    Part of the Avaya IP Office Support programme ( & Samsung, Cisco) is to ensure your phone system is up-to-date with the latest version of software available. Updates are generally made annually and include new features and applications.

    In the event of a hardware failure, GlobalTalk provides replacement hardware. Guaranteed response times too are available with our Support Agreements.

    We support Avaya IP Office 500, INDeX.  We also support Samsung Officeserv 7000 series and all other Samsung phone systems.  And the Cisco UC range of phone systems.
