Samsung OfficeServ DataView provides statistical reports, real time monitoring and periodic reports on the call traffic of an OfficeServ system using a web based user interface. OfficeServ DataView is connected to OfficeServ Link which is connected to an OfficeServ System and consists of server components and web application. Users can open Samsung OfficeServ DataView web page on any PC on the network.
Samsung OfficeServ DataView key features:
- Generates statistical reports which reflect the actual operational characteristics of an OfficeServ system.
- Uses Internet Explorer Web browser, with no need to install a client application. Reduces installation and training requirement.
