We invest heavily in the analysis and planning of the project to ensure your business needs are met and the implementation is smooth. To capture your programming requirements we conduct a detail meeting with you. The Phone System will be pre-programmed and tested before installation. Staff can be pre-trained and will be trained upon phone installation. Once installed, we'll have your system online to our Support Help Desk for any remote changes or assistance. We also take regular back ups of your phone system file (for disaster recovery).
We also like to appoint a person from your organisation as the Systems Administrator of the phone system. They can be trained to perform most of the administrative duties/programming changes in-house, and what's more, we also train any new staff. GlobalTalk offer project management for your relocations and new office start ups. We can arrange all new line connections with Telstra, broadband services and all call plans. We will manage Telstra for you. We also provide data and telephone cabling installation services.
