- Connect live with colleagues - View the status of other users within the organization, before making contact. Then click to call.
- Give everybody visibility of your whereabouts - Enable Presence so that when you are in the office, your availability is recognized and displayed ('At my Desk', 'Away from my Desk') for all users across the network.
- Check your staff's activity levels - Presence Reporting enables you to assess your employees presence and whereabouts, and lets you better manage any problem areas.
- Always get hold of colleagues - Request return notification of another Presence user. This activates a screenpop that notifies you automatically when the person you wish to speak returns to their desk.
