Recent 64-bit support from our technology partners means ZCC can now support the latest Microsoft server. ZCC 6.0 will be of interest to IT Managers wanting to build a 64-bit environment or upgrade to the latest platforms.
Executive Mobile on iPhone
- Zeacom's Executive Mobile application is now available on the Apple iPhone 3 and 4 models as a free downloadable application from the Apple Store, but can only be activated with a ZCC Executive Mobile license.
Outdial Queuing
- Enhancements to Outdial Queuing give contact centers more flexibility and better reporting, increasing the efficiency of outbound campaigns. New functionality includes support for multiple numbers, preferred agent retry and a new active campaign view.
Operator Console
- Improve operator efficiency by adding ZCC's new, customizable search categories to the phonebook directory.
Voice Messaging
- New security capability has been added to ZCC's Voice Messaging, further securing login by telephone users and providing even stronger security around mailbox access.
